SlopRiot (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates slopriot.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We’ll keep this plain.
What Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit the contact form or the project brief form on this site, we collect the information you enter — which may include your name, email address, business name, project description, and budget range. We only collect what you voluntarily provide.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server logs basic technical information when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This information is used solely for security and performance purposes. We do not sell or profile this data. Google Analytics is used to analyze this traffic. See the Google Analytics section below for details on how this data is collected and how to opt out.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to any third party. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect how the site functions.

This data is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers which may be located outside your country. Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
We use Google Analytics data to understand how visitors find and use this site so we can improve it. We do not use Google Analytics data to personally identify individual visitors.

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by:

If you are located in the EU or UK, we rely on your consent as our legal basis for analytics tracking. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Email Marketing — MailerLite
If you submit a project brief or request a free resource from this site, your name and email address may be added to our email list managed by MailerLite, an email marketing service provided by UAB MailerLite.
We use MailerLite to send you the resource you requested (such as The Hook Formula Toolkit), and occasionally to send relevant updates, resources, or information about our services. We do not send unsolicited email.
MailerLite processes your data as a data processor on our behalf, under a data processing agreement consistent with applicable privacy law. MailerLite’s privacy policy is available at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send through MailerLite includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time and your email address will be removed from our list promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect our ability to email you about an active project.
Data Location
MailerLite may store and process data in the European Union and other countries. If you are located in the EU or UK, MailerLite’s processing is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How We Store Your Information
Information submitted through the project brief form is stored securely in our website’s database, accessible only to SlopRiot. Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your message and is not stored long-term on our servers beyond the initial communication.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: If we use a third-party email service (such as MailerLite) to deliver requested resources, your email address may be shared with that provider solely for the purpose of delivery. Any such provider is contractually required to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: If we are required by law, court order, or government authority to disclose information, we will comply.
- Business transfer: If SlopRiot is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You would be notified.
